Attorney Jason M. Lucas has been practicing law in Southwest Florida for over a decade and has extensive trial experience for a broad range of clients.   He spent the first five years of his legal career working under the guidance of the largest law firm in Charlotte County.  In May 2005, he opened the Lucas Law Firm, P.A., specializing in Criminal Defense and Civil Litigation.  His education consists of a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The University of Florida, a Juris Doctorate degree from Stetson Law School, and an MBA from Stetson University.  While in law school, he interned for the Chief Federal Judge for the Middle District of Florida in Tampa.  Since becoming a lawyer, he has served on many charitable boards, and recently, as President of the Charlotte County Bar Association.
